PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply the deformation preventive measure of a track skeleton by simple constitution, and to reduce labor and cost. SOLUTION: Track-skeleton stiffening members are fixed on the rail web sections of a track skeleton formed in a ladder shape of a sleeper and a rail from both sides, and load from a rail head section is shared and the rigidity of the track skeleton is improved.
