PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting type discoloring implement which is easy to handle, is highly convenient and discolors a thermally discolorable toy. SOLUTION: This blasting type discoloring implement 1 consists of an air blasting body 2, a heat exchanger 7 and a tube 12 for connecting the air blasting body 2 and the heat exchanger 7. The air blasting body 2 has an inhalation hole 21 and a discharge hole 22 and is internally disposed with a drive section 3 and an air blasting section 4 interlocked to the drive section 3. The heat exchanger 7 has an exhaust hole 71 and a discharge hole 72 and internally has a gap to house a heating or cold-heat medium 13. The discharge hole 22 of the air blasting body 2 and the inhalation hole 71 of the heat exchanger 7 are connected to each other by the tube 12.
