PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid curable resin composition satisfying both surface slippage of the cured product and colorability of ink (high adhesiveness), especially satisfying both low adhesiveness (slippage) between surfaces of optical fiber coating layers and high adhesiveness between the coating layer and ink. SOLUTION: This liquid curable resin composition comprises (A1) a silicone compound free from ethylenically unsaturated double bond which is a reaction product of (a) a polysiloxane compound containing hydroxyl group, (b) a polyisocyanate compound and (c) a compound containing hydroxyl group and having 80 to 100,000 molecular weight except (a) and/or (A2) a silicone compound with ethylenically unsaturated double bond which is a reaction product of (a) a polysiloxane compound containing hydroxyl group, (b) a polyisocyanate compound and (d) a compound having 500 to 100,000 molecular weight containing hydroxyl group and having (meth)acryloyl group except (a).
