PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a drug for inhibiting fibrosis at a lesion in mammals. SOLUTION: Anionic polymers effectively inhibit cell invasion associated with unfavorable healing process and the inhibiting effect of the anionic polymers on cell invasion is related to anionic density of the polymer. In the manufacturing method of the invention, an effective amount of pentosan polysulfate for inhibiting fibrosis is bound to a pharmaceutically acceptable gel, a gralt or a polymer carrier based on the information.
