PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct drawing-type lithographic printing plate which shows highly reproducible release of a protecting film without fear about the breaking of the film, especially when the film is mechanically released. SOLUTION: The original plate of the direct drawing-type lithographic printing plate has at least a heat-sensitive layer, a silicone rubber layer and the protecting film laminated, in that order, on a base. An image is formed by irradiating the original plate with a laser beam and the protecting film is released. The original plate of the direct drawing-type lithographic plate is characterized in that the end breaking resistance of the protecting film is 100 N/cm or more. |
