<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of high-speed laser beam welding which can sufficiently release gas bubbles generated in a molten pool at a weld, prevents blow hole from generating inside of a deposited metal, and can obtain a sound weld in a laser beam welding. SOLUTION: In this method of the laser beam welding, welding is conducted by relatively shifting a laser beam along a weld line whereon welding materials are abutted and by irradiating it thereon. A heating means which is for promoting release of the bubbles by heating the molten pool and can independently conduct heating control is arranged on the upper face side and the lower face side of the molten pool which is formed backward of an irradiation position of the laser beam on the weld line whereon the welding materials are abutted, or the lower face side thereof. The generation of the blow hole at a deposition part in the laser beam welding is prevented by shifting this heating means in parallel with the laser beam so as to follow thereafter, as a result, a sound laser welding joint structure can be obtained.</p> |
