PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high damping elastomer composition having high damping performance and excellent temperature dependency of stiffness. SOLUTION: This high damping elastomer composition comprises at least a styrenic block polymer as the principal component, in which the content of diblock component in total of the styrenic block polymer is set in the range of 50 to 95 wt.%.
