PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing tool of a cage capable of arranging reinforcing bars to part of an under-reamed section having a diameter larger than the diameter of a shaft section, an under-reamed pile method and a structure of an under-reamed pile. SOLUTION: The developing tool 1 of the cage placed inside of the cage 2 and developing the front end of the cage is constituted of a center shaft 11, a coupling bar 12 and a mooring cylinder 14 capable of being moved along the center shat, and the front end of the cage is connected to the mooring cylinder with the coupling bar. For the under-reamed pipe method constructed by expanding the bottom of a pile, the cage mounting the developing tool of the cage thereon is manufactured, the cage is inserted in a pile hole 4 bored by expanding the bottom of the pile, and after the front end of the cage enters the under-reamed section 4b, and the mooring cylinder is moved along the center shaft to develop the front end of the cage.
