LAMINATED WHITE POLYESTER FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white polyester film which provides a higher reflectance and a brighter picture and is the most suitable for being used for an internally illuminating type electric decorative signboard and a base material for a reflective board of a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: A laminated white polyester film which consists of a polyester layer (A) containing 0.001-5 wt.% inactive particles and a polyester layer (B) being whitened by incorporating 5-40 wt.% inactive particles or containing fine air bubbles therein and in which at least five layers are laminated in such a way that the layer A and the layer B are alternately laminated is provided and the laminated white polyester film is characterized by no generation of bent creases and having a mean reflectance in a wave length region of light of 400-700 nm of at least 95%.
