PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of a defective driving of a band nail for installing a band on a game panel. SOLUTION: A part of the tie plate part 1 of a band B is held by a holding groove 10 installed on a panel face decoration 4 to dispose the panel face decoration 4 on the game panel 3. The band nail 5 fed from a band installer is inserted into a band cylindrical part 2 provided at the end of the band B. Whether or not the tip part 8 of the band nail 5 is inserted into a prepared hole 9 formed in the upper surface of the game panel 3, namely, whether the position of the band cylindrical part 2 matches with the position of the prepared hole 9 or not, is checked by detecting the height of the band nail 5 by a sensor. After it is checked that the height of the band nail is within a specified height, the band nail 5 is driven by a hammer to fix the band B.
