PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wavy plate-like cement plate capable of assuring a rigid bending strength irrespective of an axial direction, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the wavy plate-like cement plate comprises the steps of guiding a green sheet containing a cement (1) and streaked fibers (2) as main components at a prescribed speed, aligning and arranging the fibers (2) in a guiding direction, and forming a waveform having the guiding direction as an advancing direction by pressing from a vertical direction so that a streak direction and a waveform advancing direction of the fibers (2) become substantially same.
