PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feed power to an electronic device positioned on a seat belt without wiring a wire harness along the seat belt. SOLUTION: A secondary battery 39c is included in the electronic device 30. As the seat belt is installed, power is fed from the secondary battery 39c to a microphone 32, a speaker 33, a radiocommunication part 38, etc., composing the electronic device 30, and a wire harness need not be wired along the seat belt 20. When the seat belt is stored, power is fed from a charging device 40 disposed on the vehicle side to the secondary battery 39c, and the secondary battery 39c can be directly charged from the charging device 40 without requiring the wire harness.
