PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting plotter capable of easily setting sheets to be half-cut and easy to be handled. SOLUTION: This cutting plotter for cutting a sheet main body Aa of a sheet A to be half-cut formed by laminating the sheet main bodies Aa on peeling sheets Ab on an outline of a character as an object to be cut is provided with a device main body 2 for cutting an outline of the character and formed with a cartridge installation part 9 and a sheet discharge port 24, and provided with a sheet cartridge 3 f or housing the sheets A to be half-cut freely to be delivered and installed in the cartridge installation part 9 freely to be removed.
