PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for an artificial marble in which a crack and loss of a gloss are not caused after a long period even in an environmental condition in contact with hot water, and its formed body. SOLUTION: The resin composition for the artificial marble comprises a matrix resin and a filler whose surface is coated with a silane coupling agent and a metal alkoxide compound.
