PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper support for mounting a spring seat and a seal lip on a vehicle body side mounting metal fitting without using adhesive. SOLUTION: A through hole 19 is formed in the vehicle body side mounting metal fitting 1, rubber-shaped elastic bodies of the spring seat 2 and the lip 3 are made to flow and a connection rubber part 20 is formed. The spring seat 2 on a lower surface side of the vehicle body side mounting metal fitting 1 and the seal lip 3 on an upper surface side are integrated and can be mounted without using adhesive by holding the vehicle body side mounting metal fitting 1.
