PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a problem that a handbag carried into a vehicle moves or falls down each time the attitude of the vehicle is changed to obstruct an operation control and induce a dangerous condition since the bag is placed directly on an assistant seat or a rear seat. SOLUTION: The loading conditions of the handbag comprises a first extending operation acting at the time of light load and a second extending operation acting at the time of intermediate load or higher.
