PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of conventional polyester decorative sheets that bad smells irritating a nose and eyes are generated from smells of residual components of a styrene monomer used as a main material polyester resin coatings, and from a formalin smell and a styrene smell emitted from bases. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is formed by applying a urethane coating, wherein a titanium oxide having photocatalysis is enclosed in microcapsules, on the surface of the decorative sheet. These bad smells are absorbed and decomposed, and bad smells such as ammonia smells in the surroundings are also decomposed. Thereby, the sheet can be widely used for surface materials of furniture and fixtures, or door materials for toilets, and a sick house syndrome can be prevented.
