PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely attract attention to a monitor after checking a peripheral condition during travel when information received from an information center or a Web site on the outside of the vehicle is displayed on the monitor. SOLUTION: An information demanding part 11 is operated for requiring desired information from an information service 1. When the demanded information is received by a communication part 10 and stored in a storage part 14, a display lighting control part 15 turns on a light emitting element 16 arranged on a lateral pillar for a windshield, and then, reads the information from the storage part 14 after the lapse of a predetermined time for displaying it on the monitor 17. Because attention of a driver is attracted to the vehicle front side by means of the lighted light emitting element, the driver can check the received information displayed on the monitor safely after checking the peripheral condition.
