PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for giving and taking brazing data, which enables an easy exchange of brazing data between a supplier and a user, and also an easy data setting into a brazing apparatus. SOLUTION: The method and the system urges the user to input a data receiving condition, and also urges the user to input a data supplying condition. Based on the data receiving and supplying conditions input by the users, degrees of similarity of such conditions are summed up, and the summed-up result is supplied to the users, and brazing data is supplied to the user if the similarity of the conditions is within the predetermined degrees. Thus a brazing data carrying an appropriate brazing condition can be received.
