Semi-flat CRT panel having relations of Ryi<Rdi<Rxi and 2xRyi<Rxi, where Rxi denotes an inside surface horizontal curvature, Ryi denotes an inside surface vertical curvature, Rdi denotes an inside surface diagonal curvature for a CRT with an aspect ratio of 4:3 and an outside surface diagonal curvature Rd is greater than 30,000 mm, whereby securing a strength of the semi-flat CRT panel, eliminating a distortion of image, and reducing reflection from an external light.
