PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-protecting cap advantageously absorbing shock from outside, achieving excellent air permeability and fashionability and capable of being easily disposed of. SOLUTION: This head-protecting cap is such one that a cap-shaped reinforcing frame 12 made of a material with rigidity and an airbag layer 14 with an air cushioning action, arranged on the outside or inside surface of the reinforcing frame 12 so as to cover the surface are both covered so as to be wrapped with an upholstered surface layer 16 integratedly set up with a brim 28 on a part positioned at the front of the periphery of the reinforcing frame and made of a moisture permeable and water-proof material.
