PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the realiability of a controller for controlling the vehicle movement on the basis of a detected value from a pressure sensor by allowing the diagnosis by the pressure sensor under a predetermined condition even in a diagnosis forbidding condition. SOLUTION: This pressure sensor diagnosing and determining device is applied to a constitution wherein the braking command is outputted to a braking force controller 8 through a communication line 30 from both of a controller for VDC 1 and a controller 2 for ACC. The controller for VDC 1 ordinarily forbids the diagnosis of the pressure sensor 9 when an operation signal during the braking is inputted from the controller for ACC 2, but permits the diagnosis of the pressure sensor 9 when it determines that a driver needs the braking.
