PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing device for bar steel roll which can be used for both close fit lock and release of ring roll 2 and roll shaft 1 and roll shaft lifting. SOLUTION: This removing device for bar steel roll is equipped with a nozzle to be used for filling oil through oil filling port 31 installed on the roll shaft end of bar steel roll 20, the rod 16 on the tip of which this nozzle is installed and in the inside of which there is an oil supply route 17 to this nozzle and the cylinder 18 which holds this rod 16 and moves back and forth by hydraulic drive. Besides, this device has a lifting jig 23 which meets a lifting jig holder 22 installed on the edge of said roll shaft.
