PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature and high-pressure vessel capable of being manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This vessel R is provided with: an inner cylinder 1; an outer cylinder 2; a space section 3 which is formed between the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 so as to be isolated and shut off form the internal region of the inner cylinder 1; wherein the inner cylinder 1 is supported while maintaining the space between the inner cylinder 1 and outer cylinder 2 and also, pressure supporting members 7 for forming heat insulation spaces (flow passages 10) respectively are placed inside the space section 3 between the inner and outer cylinders 1 and 2.
