PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag with pleasing appearance normally usable as a bag except a backpack, usable as the backpack when baggage is increased and when one' hands are full, having a shape of the bag when using as the bag except the backpack and having a shape of the backpack when using as the backpack. SOLUTION: A storing part 2 having an opening/closing port 2a is provided at a bottom part 1a of the bag 1. The backpack 3 which is capable of covering the whole of the bag 1, has an opening 3a capable of inserting the bag 1 and is made of flexible cloth is stored into the storing part 2 by turning over the backpack 3. A part of the backpack 3 is fitted within the storing part 2.
