PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a tetrax (acyloxy) borate (1-) which has high solubility in an organic solvent and causes no residue of ionic impurities at the time of synthesis. SOLUTION: The method for synthesizing a tetrax (acyloxy) borate (1-) of formula (1), obtained by reacting boron oxide, a carboxylic anhydride, a carboxylic acid and an amine. (R1 is a radical selected from the group consisting of an alkyl, an aryl or an aralkyl, R2-R4 is each an alkyl, an aryl or a substitute in which at least two substitutes of three substitutes of R2-R4 form a ring). |
