PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a heat sink capable of providing a plate fin heat sink of a large width W, namely a wide width type at one time without using a large-sized dice. SOLUTION: This device is comprised of pressing sets in plural stages which are continuously arranged. A pressing set 6 in the first stage is provided with a rotary tool 7, receiving part 8 and pressing part 9. In this pressing set, both edges whereon two extruded shapes are abutted are welded by the rotary tool 7, and the radius of curvature of a base plate 11 is slightly extended by pressing the welded extruded shapes with the pressing part 9 while receiving them with the receiving part 8. The pressing sets after the second stage press the radius of curvature of the base plate 11 so as to be more extended, and the pressing set in the last stage presses the base plate 11 until it becomes flat. |
