PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soil-stabilizing and dust-preventive agent exhibiting stable dust-preventive properties for a long term and capable of keeping ground conditions good enough to be suited to sports. SOLUTION: This soil-stabilizing and dust-preventive agent comprises at least 70 wt.% but not more than 85 wt.% of sodium chloride, at least 13 wt.% but not more than 20 wt.% of potassium chloride, at least 3.5 wt.% but not more than 5.5 wt.% of magnesium chloride, and at least 0.5 wt.% but not more than 2 wt.% of adipic acid. |
