PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft embolization apparatus and system which can close a blood vessel or a defective part such as aneurysm or fistula in the blood vessel by supplying it to a specified position in the blood vessel with a catheter. SOLUTION: As regard to a medical instrument arranged at a specified location in a channel of a human body, the embolization apparatus has a catheter which has a base end side part, a tip side part and an outer wall part forming a piercing lumen part, a push rod which is arranged slidably in the lumen part of the catheter and has a base end part and a tip part thereof, a slender coil and a cylindrical foam sleeve disposed in the circumference of the coil. Especially, the embolization apparatus and system are soft and expandable and can be supplied to the specified location in the blood vessel to close the blood vessel or a defective part such as aneurysm or fistula in the blood vessel.
