PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jellyfish disposal equipment for definitely and quickly removing jellyfishes temporarily stored or floated in a zone such as a screen trash pit or the like. SOLUTION: End of a carry-in side of a conveyor equipment 13 is inserted below the water surface of the screen trash pit 10 for temporarily storing captured jellyfishes 15. The carrying surfaces 13a of the conveyer equipment is sloped upward and the jellyfishes can be moved upward while draining water. The jellyfishes reaching the upper end of the conveyor are sequentially dropped from the upper end of the conveyor and a box or the like is placed at the falling positions of the jellyfishes, thereby sequentially and continuously dropping and supplying the jellyfishes to the inside of the box. And when a certain amount of jellyfishes are placed in the box, all the jellyfishes are disposed of.
