<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of an intermediate transfer belt and a fixing belt used in a copying machine, a printer or the like. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber 5 is formed in the shape of a sheet, and the sheet-shaped rubber 5 and a resin film 6 of a small degree of shrinkage are stuck together and molded integrally to be seamless. On the occasion, the unvulcanized rubber 5 formed in the shape of the sheet and the seamless resin film 6 are made cylindrical respectively and disposed, either of them put inside, between a cylindrical outer tube die 2 and an inside core 3, and the unvulcanized rubber 5 and the resin film 6 are vulcanized and molded integrally, with an air pressure applied thereto from outside the inside core 3.</p> |
