PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent capable of absorbing and removing endogenous cannabinoid in a body fluid efficiently and a method for removing the endogenous cannabinoid in the body fluid by the absorbent. SOLUTION: The absorbent for endogenous cannabinoid comprising a compound with log P value of 3.50 or more (P is the distribution coefficient in an octanol-water system) fixed in a water-insoluble carrier is obtained. This absorbent is brought into contact with a body fluid containing endogenous cannabinoid, and thus the endogenous cannabinoid in the body fluid can be absorbed and removed efficiently.
