PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring instrument which can be used for a beverage constant feeding device. SOLUTION: As for the food measuring instrument of a powder base provided with a hopper 22 for storing powder and a measuring means 23 installed at the hopper 22 for carrying the powder from the hopper to a feeding zone including a basic part 26 having an opening 27 for falling a measured quantity of the powder, a seal element 28 is arranged with the part 26 so as to seal the opening of the basic part. The instrument has an operation means for the seal element capable of sealing the seal element 28 from the stoppage of the means 23. |
