PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce Agaricus tea easily drinkable owing to the excellent flavor and also excellent in the eluting tendency of active ingredients. SOLUTION: The objective method for producing Agaricus tea comprises fermenting dry or raw Agaricus mushroom added with a little amount of hot water and lactic bacteria followed by drying the resultant product, and if desired, roasting the resultant product, or roasting the resultant product as it is after fermented. |
