PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curbstone block emission device capable of easily recognizing the level difference of a curbstone block separating a roadway from a sidewalk for a pedestrian in the nighttime and safely guiding the pedestrian from the sidewalk to a pedestrian crossing or from the pedestrian crossing to the roadway. SOLUTION: The curbstone block 1 is provided with a solar battery 5 embedded on the upper face of the block body 2, an electricity storing body 25 storing the electromotive force of the solar battery 5, lighting equipment 10 emitting due to electric power supplied from the electricity storing body 25, a transparent plate 6 radiating light of the lighting equipment sideward, and colored translucent plates 7, 7a-7d coloring light of the lighting equipment 10 and radiating it upward. A plurality of the curbstone blocks 1, 1a-1d are gradually different in height, the plurality of the curbstone blocks having inclined upper faces are arranged and laid on, and each coloring translucent plate 7, 7a-7d of the plurality of the curbstone blocks different in the height radiates colored light different in accordance with the height. |
