<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf ball excellent in the resilience, cut resistance, and spinning characteristic. SOLUTION: The golf ball is characterized by its cover covering the core. The cover of the golf ball is made of a composition in which 0.5-20 pts.wt. of organic staple fibers such as of nylon are blended in 100 pts.wt. of polymer components, mainly thermoplastic elastomer. Thermoplastic resin may be mixed in the polymer components.</p> |
