PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sorting and treating waste plastic capable of recycling material except for utilizing as fuel by largely separating an industrial waste containing a plastic refuse and waste plastic into a film group and a solid and bottle groups, and sorting composition plastics after sorting to polyvinyl chloride, its system and a dry cleaning apparatus used for the system. SOLUTION: The waste plastic treating system comprises a crusher 10 of the waste plastic 30, a plastic type sorter 11, a film plastic sorter 12a, a solid and bottle plastic sorter 12b and a storage tank 31.
