PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of the size and treatment cost of a producing device for solidified grinding sludge by smoothly discharging a coolant contained in the grinding sludge - even if it is oily - when squeezing the sludge so that squeezing force is decreased and treatment capacity is also enhanced, and to prevent the grinding sludge from flowing out when squeezing it. SOLUTION: In the producing device for solidified grinding sludge, the grinding sludge which is generated in a grinding line for hardened components and contains a coolant is filtered and becomes a concentrated sludge. The concentrated sludge is solidified to be a solidified material B by squeezing it in a pressing part 32. In the pressing part 32, the concentrated sludge is squeezed as being sandwiched between a cylinder 33 and piston 34, 35. A gap expanding part 36 to be a discharging part for the coolant is provided at a sliding gap d between an internal diameter face of the cylinder 33 in the pressing part 32 and the outer diameter faces of the pistons 34, 35. |
