PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film, especially a substrate film for pasting which has softness and stretchability, is excellent in a skin following property and printability, and has an effect of prevention of bleeding-out for rubber softener. SOLUTION: The film has a thickness of 20-200μm and contains 20-200 pts.wt. of polyethylene resin, 5-50 pts.wt. of polypropylene resin, 50-200 pts.wt. of the softener for rubber and 2-20 pts.wt. of hydrocarbon-based wax, per 100 pts.wt. of a hydrogenated block copolymer containing 5-50 wt.% of a polymer block A and having a glass transition temperature of -20 deg.C or lower and a number average molecular weight of 50,000-150,000 as a whole, among the hydrogenated block copolymer obtained by the hydrogenation of a block copolymer having two or more polymer blocks A composed of vinyl aromatic compound and one or more polymer block B composed of a conjugated diene compound in the molecules. The substrate film for pasting comprises this film, and a pasting material is constructed by forming an adhesive layer on the substrate film.
