<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise hair care advice by taking the request of a patron under consideration. SOLUTION: The hair state of the patron (2) is measured, and evaluated (20) as a physical property amount under a configuration which is suitable for an information process. Then, the hair state desired by the patron is input, and the desired hair state is evaluated (10) as a specified physical property amount. In a hair treatment determining means (30), the evaluated hair state of the patron and the desired hair state are input by a comparison evaluating means (31). Thus, by comparing and analyzing the hair state with a healthy range and the desired hair state, the physical property amount to be improved is determined. In addition, the determined improvement contents are compared with treatment contents for the hair treatment in a data base (40) by a process judging means (32), and a suitable hair treatment is determined. The determined result is output (3) and shown to the patron, and an advice regarding the hair care is presented.</p> |
