PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete carrying equipment and a concrete carrying system using the concrete carrying equipment, and a concrete carrying method capable of shortening the term of works by decreasing the area of the concrete carrying equipment to be installed on a concrete pouring surface in response to the progress of concrete placement in a concrete work applied to dam construction work or the like. SOLUTION: On a concrete carrying equipment 1 to be installed on an almost planar concrete pouring surface 53, a concrete carrying section 2 is provided for carrying concrete from a base end portion 3 receiving concrete supply to a tip section 4 installed to an arbitrary concrete pouring position 54 on the concrete pouring surface 53, the concrete carrying section 2 is constituted with a plurality of small carrying sections 5 to 8 continuously arranged from the tip section 4 to the base end section 3, and respective small carrying sections 6 and 7 at the side of the tip portion 4 are respectively made storable in a lower portion of the small carrying portions 7 and 8 adjacent to the side of the respective base end section 3.
