PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing sidewalk pavement, which can be executed simply at a low cost while having no joint and excellent flatness and has superior road-surface drainage properties and can construct a paved non-slip surface, and a paved layer obtained by the repairing method. SOLUTION: The method for repairing the sidewalk pavement containing a process in which an asphalt mixture is paved on a road surface, a process in which aggregate is scattered on the paved surface of the asphalt mixture, and a process in which a protective layer covering an aggregate layer is formed by scattering or applying a binder onto scattered aggregate and constructing the paved layer in which an asphalt mixture, the aggregate layer and the protective layer are unified is provided while the paved layer built by the such method for repairing the sidewalk pavement is provided.
