PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder bag for a dog and a cat capable of reducing physical burden of a person and moving them in a calm condition without making them feel anxiety and loneliness. SOLUTION: A shoulder belt 11 is provided at a rear fringe and a front fringe in an opening part 4 on an upper face of a bag 1 long in the horizontal direction, and a waist belt 13 is provided at the rear fringe of the opening part 4.
