PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a septic tank by using a low-cost, lightweight and sturdy base plate while effectively recycling discarded vinyl chloride. SOLUTION: In the construction structure of the septic tank, the base plate 2 is horizontally buried in the ground. The septic tank 1, placed on the base plate 2, is also buried in the ground. The base plate 2 is a laminated plat constituted by laminating plural discarded vinyl chloride plates 3 constituted by molding discarded vinyl chloride into a platy shape.
