PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce shear force and bending moment operating on a pile top easily without increasing costs drastically. SOLUTION: A short pile 15 with a shorter length dimension than a foundation pile 13 is provided downward while the pile 15 projects in parallel with a foundation pile 13 on a lower surface 14a of an upper structure 14, and moreover, the pile top 15a of the short pile 15 and the lower surface 14a of the upper structure 14 are subjected to rigid connection.
