PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a powdered cosmetic which rectifies the color of skin without unnaturally hiding the skin, makes the unevenness of the skin such as the pores of the skin, fine wrinkles and the irregularity of color such as stains, freckles unnoticed; spreads well, and is well coherent to the skin when applied to the skin. SOLUTION: This powdered cosmetic contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) 1 to 95 wt.% plate-like silicon dioxide powder containing titanium dioxide as fine particles in it, and (B) 2.7 wt.% or smaller coloring pigment.
