PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a frame and a pipe capable of compact and highly precisely welding the pipe and a part to be mounted on the pipe on the frame. SOLUTION: This connecting structure is constituted to fasten a pipe complete 17 on the frame 11 after clamping an upper surface 11c of the frame 11 and a lower surface 11d by a second surface 16c of a reinforcement 16 and a third surface 16d by respectively inserting the pipe 12 of the pipe complete in each of a pair of side surface holes 11e, 11f of the frame 11 by forming the reinforcement 16 furnished with a first surface 16b on which a hole 16a to pass the pipe 12 through it is provided and the second surface 16c extended from an upper end of the first surface and the third surface 16d extended from a lower end of the first surface and forming the pipe complete 17 fastened in the hole 16a provided on the first surface 16b of the reinforcement.
