PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use car seat as a wheelchair out of the cabin as well as the car seat in a cabin without requiring any separate member. SOLUTION: The car seat 300 is disposed by a seat mounting mechanism 200 on an assistant seat at a specified position. The seat mounting mechanism 200 is provided with an arm structure extendable in the lateral direction of a car to move the mounted car seat 300 to the outside of the car through an opening part 5. The car seat 300 comprises a seat body having a seat cushion 301, a seat back 302, and frames including a chair frame 303. An arc-shaped front leg 305 and a rear leg are stored extendably in a storage casing 304 fixed t the seat body.
