PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically return a steering wheel to a neutral position by making it in compact constitution on a full-crawler type working vehicle furnished with the rotary operation type steering wheel. SOLUTION: A camshaft 45 is pivotally installed on a holder 42 in parallel with a steering shaft 43, a pinion gear 44 is fastened on the steering shaft 43, a fan type gear 46 is fastened on the camshaft 45 and engaged with the pinion gear 44. A truncated cylindrical cam 53 is provided on the camshaft 45, and it is pressurized by a coil spring 57 by fitting a cylindrical cam 54 to make contact with this cam 53 with a play. When the camshaft 45 and the cam 53 are rotated by operation of the steering wheel, the cam 53 gets on a higher part of the cylindrical cam 54 and pressurizes the coil spring 57. When operation of the steering wheel is stopped, the cam 53 is returned by energization of the coil spring 57, and the camshaft 45 returns to the neutral position.
