PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress oscillation displacement of a suspension cross member without lowering seating comfortableness of an automobile. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a rigid body frame 9 for connecting a power unit 4 disposed at a vehicle body front part with a differential 8 disposed at a vehicle body rear part, a suspension cross member 12 for supporting the differential 8 and elastic mount parts 19 to 21 for mounting the suspension cross member 12 on a vehicle body constituted of a rear side frame 11. The elastic mount parts 19 to 21 are installed between the suspension cross member 12 and the vehicle body in a state of the elastic mount parts 19 to 21 compressed preliminarily.
